1. Structural characteristics
The device is composed of pressure reducing system, temperature reducing system, safety protection device and automatic control device.
Pressure relief system - by pressure relief valve and orifice plate, through the actuator to achieve.
Desuperheating system: the method of spray desuperheating in the mixed pipeline is adopted. The force of desuperheating water on the spray head and the spring force are used to adjust the flow area of desuperheating water in the spray nozzle and the steam temperature is controlled by the opening of the feed water regulating valve controlled by the actuator.
Safety protection device: it is directly realized by impulse safety device (composed of main safety valve and impulse safety valve) or spring safety valve. When the secondary pressure exceeds the specified value, the steam in excess of the pressure will be discharged to the atmosphere, so as to keep the secondary pressure within the allowable value.
The automatic control device is equipped with the RKG - □ □ □ steam pressure and temperature control device produced by our factory. The new steam can keep the secondary steam parameters at the required stable value through this device.
2. Main performance indexes
1. Inlet steam pressure P1 ≤ 10MPa, temperature T1 ≤ 540 ℃;
2. Outlet flow Q: the change range of outlet flow Q of temperature and pressure reducing device is 10% - 110%, which can realize ideal regulation.
3. The change range of outlet steam pressure P2 is:
When P2 ≤ 0.98mpa, the variation range of P2 is P2 ± 0.04MPa;
When 0.98 P2 > 3.82MPa, the change range of P2 is P2 ± 0.15Mpa.
4. The regulating range of outlet steam temperature T2 is T2 ± 4 ℃.
5. During normal operation of the device, measure the noise at the place one meter downstream of the temperature and pressure reducing valve and one meter away from the pipe wall, and the noise level shall not be greater than 85 dB.
3. Scope of supply
The scope of supply of high temperature and high pressure desuperheating and pressure reducing device is within the mark, mainly including:
1. Pressure reducing system: temperature and pressure reducing valve, throttle orifice, etc;
2. Desuperheating system: feed water regulating valve, umbrella shaped automatic adjustable nozzle in mixing pipe, throttle valve, etc;
3. Safety system: safety valve, check valve, etc;
4. Pipeline system: steam pipe, transition pipe, desuperheating pipe, mixing pipe, etc;
5. Supporting accessories: stop valve, bimetal thermometer and connecting pipe, pressure gauge and three-way valve, elbow, joint, flange, gasket, bolt, nut, washer, etc.
